🙍‍♀️🙍‍♂️All the feels Friday 🤷‍♀️

We talked last Friday about facing your fears, and why they are chains attached to you. Fears get in the way of what you’re truly capable of. But as we begin to block out our fears, with that comes pain and a lot of emotions. Rather than writing out a list like I normally do, I wanted to take a different approach for a heavy topic. A lot of times fear can tie you down. When you begin to break it you go through many fazes which can be exhausting, tiring, and hurtful. So how do you cope with the roller coaster of emotions to finally be set free? The first step is to address the fear. Mine last Friday personally was to wake up telling myself that I was loved. As a young girl I have struggled with the feeling of being “less than.” Facing those emotions every morning are tough, but are relieving. The second step is to face the root of those emotions, and figure out how to part with them and accept them for what they were. Wether you have fears from an experience, your lack of confidence, or a physical fear finding the root of the issue is important. Learning to move past the emotional hurt is a big deal. If you’re facing a physical fear you should also figure out why. If you’re scared of snakes, what caused that fear? What are the steps you can take to overcome it? Facing it. Being bigger than the situation. Lastly, repeating those two steps. Figuring out the root, allowing the pain, and coping with it. Making a daily commitment to overcome the fears.

Those seem like little steps to take, but trust me on this one they work. Especially telling yourself constantly that you are bigger Than what holds you back. I hope that you guys can relate and hop on board. If you haven’t checked out last Friday’s blog, go check it out, and let me know how you have faced YOUR fears. You guys are amazing, and make it possible for us to provide this content for you guys. Have a safe weekend Lucky Souls! Remember, YOU’RE BIGGER THAN YOUR FEARS!
